The members of the Patient Participation Group were contacted in November of 2013 and asked to select areas in which they felt we should prioritise in our annual survey.

DPMG Survey 2013/14
Practice conducted the survey in January 2014. 250 surveys in total were handed out and we had a return of 250 - 100%.
250 were handed out in surgery over a period of 2 weeks, you may have been one of our patients that completed one. we had a fantastic return on these surveys 100%
100% were collected back thanks to our great reception team who managed this for the two weeks.
